THE OPTIONS YOU WANT: 4.0L V6 with 236 hp, 5-speed automatic, rear-wheel drive, Double Cab, SR5 package with chrome grille surround, color-keyed front bumper and overfenders, fog lamps, cruise control, sliding rear window with privacy glass, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter, power windows, locks and mirrors, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, air conditioning, 60/40 split rear bench with underseat storage, deck rail system with adjustable tie-downs, composite inner bed, removable tailgate, etc.

AFTERMARKET UPGRADES: Aftermarket wheels with larger 285/70R17 tires, running boards, tonneau cover and a trailer hitch.

MILEAGE: 122,622 miles -- well under the 186,000-mile average for comparable PreRunners on the market. With a timing-chain V6, it has plenty of life ahead.

COSMETIC CONDITION: Good condition, with minor imperfections consistent with its age.

MECHANICAL CONDITION: We road test all of our vehicles a minimum of 60 miles, then send them through a thorough inspection by a mechanic, where any recommended repairs are completed. This is done to ensure you get a reliable vehicle.

CARFAX HISTORY: No accidents or damage reported. Clean title with no damage or odometer brands. Three personal-use owners, California for its first 10 years, then Arizona and Montana. Carfax shows one open recall, Toyota E02 (NHTSA 14V604) for the rear leaf springs; the remedy is available free at Toyota dealers.
* Full Carfax report available on our website

SERVICE HISTORY: 10 Carfax service records, including early service at Toyota of El Cajon and Toyota Chula Vista. Before delivery we installed new spark plugs and front shocks, changed the oil, replaced the engine and cabin air filters, wiper blades and bulbs, then smogged, inspected and fully detailed it.

OWNER REVIEWS: The 2008 Tacoma Double Cab earns a 4.7 out of 5 owner rating from 1,663 KBB reviews, with 93% recommending it. Edmunds calls it "an ideal choice for a versatile midsize pickup."

TIMING CHAIN: The 4.0L V6 uses a metal timing chain that does not require replacement like a rubber cam belt, and simple port fuel injection.

INCLUDED AND EXTENDED WARRANTIES: A 1 month or 1,000 mile warranty is included with the purchase of this vehicle. Extended warranties are available for purchase. See dealer for details.

EPA GAS MILEAGE: The EPA rating is 16 city and 20 highway.

FINANCING: Financing is available for good, bad, or no credit on most vehicles. However, we can't quote you a down payment, interest rate, or monthly payment until you fill out a short credit application. Go to IBuyCleanCars.com and then click credit app to submit a credit application.

PRICE: The fair, no haggle price is $16,000 + $85 dealer doc fee + applicable DMV fees. This price is based on a combination of Kelley Blue Book, Carfax Price Adjustment Tool, and a used car market analysis. Price is what you pay, but value is what you get. This vehicle is a good value considering the following: no accidents reported, clean title, 122K miles, timing-chain V6, new spark plugs and front shocks, aftermarket wheels and tires, running boards, tonneau cover, trailer hitch, and a 4.7 KBB owner rating.
